Manghalam Promoters was founded in the year 1985, when N.Venkatramani, a voluntary retired Civil Engineer from Postal and Telegraph department, recognized the need to provide the common man with a quality shelter at affordable cost. Over the years we expanded our horizons to serve various segments of people by providing budget flats to luxury homes to commercial complexes. Our modest beginnings were translated into substantial growth through a clear vision, sheer hard work and focused contention in real estate business. The Customers - being the foundation of our company, stands to gain from our solid experience, thorough professionalism and peerless service.

Manghalam Promoters, well known for its engineering marvels, innovative construction and adapting to most modern techniques of the building industry, has completed over 3 lakh sft and around 2 lakh sft of ongoing projects of residential and commercial projects so far. We are the pioneers in promoting flats at Srirangam. We have enjoyed the experience of developing a colony with 4 acres of land at Bikshandar Koil. With two decades of solid experience, sound market knowledge and strong infrastructure we are venturing into our dream project of building a state-of-art unique mall at Trichy.
